1. Structural composition |

line is composed of the following tools: CGK-19
Type NC Electrode Double-end Boring and Sharpening
Machine Tool, CGK-31 Type NC Electrode Four-cutter
Ex-circle Lathe, CGK-32 Type NC Electrode Double
Thread Carding Machine Tool, CG-30 Type Pensile
Automatic Conveyor and so on, And they complete
separately drilling, boring &sharpening, ex-circle
turning, thread carding and end-surface precise
sharpening as well as the automatic conveying in

According to the demand of customers, the automatic
machining line may added with CG-30 Type Baiting Alignment
Machine and CG-33 Type Detecting Machine, Separately
completing electrode aligning, electrical weighing,
specific resistance measuring and data printing and
so on.
2. Technical description
The automatic machining line is new-type whole numeric
control one and whole process use NC manufacture. Especially,
Thread carding process eliminates the error caused by
mechanical driving chain. Thread pitch and taper is
made by numeric control machine. Numeric control feed
can make fine adjustment on size of thread diameter,
and processing precision accuracy meet with that of
American and Japanese standards.
The technology of the automatic machining line is preceding.
The machining line can be controlled either by each
separate machine tool or by the connection line. Each
separate machine tool adopts high efficiency NC system
and software made by us to make adjustment or trail
machining. The connected line is controlled by PLC system
made by Schneider Corporation of France and the system
made by us, realizing moving together, Therefore, Both
automatic extent and efficiency are very high, Machine
may work normally without worker monitoring. Leading
track adopts the SHS rolling in line track of heavy
type made by Japanese THK, so it may be used for a long
time and its accuracy won’t descend. Main equipment such
as bearing, AC servo motor, electrical elements, sensor,
hydraulic elements etc. adopts products of famous manufacturer
in world such as America, Japan and German and so on.
This machining line has gained unpaid appropriation
from Chinese government. And it is deemed as nation
key new product in 2002 and China Torch Program in 2003.
The nation patent of the machine tool has been applied.
