(1). Abstract
 
This machine tool is our newly developed NC Electrode Ex-circle Lathe, as well as one of supplementary machine tools of Automatic NC Electrode Machining line. We develop the high-efficiency special (six-shaft) NC system & software for the control part of the equipment. Japanese AC actuating motor drives the machine tool and products of famous manufacturer compose the key elements.

(2). Technical description

 
  • Work-pieces are clamped by hydraulic pressure and aligned automatically.

  • NC feed of four-cutter radial position makes it convenient to make fine adjustment on external diameter of electrode.

  • NC feed of four-cutter vertical move makes it convenient to make adjustment on stroke avoid of complex mechanical hydraulic positioning system.

  • Main leading track of the machine tool is the SHS rolling in line track of heavy type manufactured by Japanese THK, So its character of maintenance is very good.

    The nation' s patent of the machine tool has been applied.
