(1). General
 

This machine tool is designed to improve the procedure quality of preprocess for CGK-21 type machine tool. It controls itself by using high-efficient four-ax NC system and software made by us. Japanese AC actuating motor drives the machine tool and products of famous manufacturer compose the key elements.

With advanced function and good structure, precise positioning, this machine tool is reliable and simple to operate & debug. Error of joint length can be limited within 0.03mm and parallelism error of double end surfaces is no more than 0.03mm so that machining quality of joint thread is ensured.

  • Diameter of joint: 120 ~ 408 mm

  • Length of joint: 160 ~ 584 mm
    (Relative diameter of electrode: 200 ~ 750 mm)

  • Joint length error: 0.03 mm

  • Parallelism error of joint double end surfaces: 0.03mm

  • Pulse equivalent: 0.001 mm / pulse

  • Net time for each workpiece: < = 1 min/ pc

(3). This machine tool can be used separately as well as used as supplementary machine tool for Automatic NC Joint Machining line.
