Chen Shanyuan, born in Jingyan City
of Jiangsu Province and graduated from Mechanical
Engineering Department of Nanjing Institute
of Technology in 1969, is director and senior
engineer of Taixing Chenguang High-Tech Development
Co., Ltd, director of the National University
Manufacturing Technology and Machine Tools Research
Institute,and vice-chairman of the Eastern China
. Institute, and the member of editorial board
of the magazines named Mechanical Design and
Manufacturing Engineering, and Manufacturing
Technology and Machine Tools. He has been accepting
the special government allowance.

Miller CGK-14,Horizontal Two-around Worm Milling Grinder
WC450 after the year of 1994.
After the year of 1998 he made the main
research direction at graphite electrode and join machining
,especially at thread machining and succeeded in manufacturing
NC electrode thread chasing machine tools(Patent NO.ZL
99 2 29425.8) and NC join double thread chasing machine
tools (Patent No.ZL 99 2 29426.6) and other seven supplementary
machine tools. Recently he has manufactured Chinese first
automatic NC electrode join machining line and is making
Chinese first automatic NC electrode machining line.
Since 1980 he has issued more than 20
articles in domestic magazines and meetings, for example,
"Test and Research of Spraying Machine Tools' Guides
with Metal Silk Oxygen Acetylene" and "Comprehensive
Administration of Lathes' Noise".
