　 该系列机床是本公司针对铝用阴极炭块和高炉用炭砖行业自主研制的全新一代数控炭块双面磨床。其控制部件为本公司自行开发的专用高性能数控系统及操作软件，采用进口交流伺服电机驱动，关键元器件均采用世界名牌产品。

3、技术说明：
  • 自动对中：通过液压马达驱动正反向丝杠对中，确保了加工炭块中心平面的一致，磨削炭块两面加工量均匀一致，提高了生产效率与质量稳定性。
  • 自动夹紧：采用液压油缸及活节压块自动顶紧炭块，确保顶紧可靠。
  • 全自动：三轴控制，自行研制的控制软件及进口驱动元件，设有行程限位保护，软硬件极限保护，具有故障检测及报警功能，操作方便，安全可靠。
  • 环保：应用干磨技术，每个动力头设置双道吸尘口，减少车间粉尘污染，消除了采用水磨而带来的大量耗水及水污染情况的发生。
  • 长寿命：主轴轴承采用专业油冷装置，高性能滚动导轨及滚珠丝杠采用自动间隙润滑装置及防护装置。
  • 模块化：CGK-44适用于方形磨块的磨削加工。
    　　　　CGK-44W适用于方形及梯形磨块的磨削加工。
    　　
  • 高效率：除了吊装与卸放，其余动作均由设备自动完成。
  • 可根据用户需要，设置自动翻转机构，在一台设备中完成四个面的磨削加工。
