1、概述：
　 本磨床是以SG8630高精度丝杠车床经创新设计制造，主传动采用进口交流侍服电机驱动，主要轴承、数控系统及关键元器件采用国际名牌产品。

3、技术说明：

· 主电机经皮带轮通过专门加工的无隙蜗杆蜗轮带动主轴旋转，主轴与Z向丝杠的内传动链采用经精密磨削的齿轮传动，且齿轮安装于可调整的挂轮架上，减小了传动间隙，而且长久耐用。

· 砂轮安装于变频调速的电主轴上，线速度范围25～45m/s，砂轮主轴系统在变速状态下，刚性特别好，无震动，磨削表面无明显的振纹。

· X向的进给采用手动进给，手轮通过一对蜗轮蜗杆传至滚珠丝杠带动安装于中拖板上的磨头移动，其进给量的大小通过手轮刻·度与进口精密光栅（其分辨率0.001mm , 精度等级为0.003mm ）数显表显示读出，直观性强。

· 采用专业性的对刀装置及国家发明专利的砂轮修整器，对刀与修整方便，可操作性强。

· 可根据用户需要，设计专门的挂轮机构，磨削公制、英制或模数制丝杠与螺纹。

· 螺距误差由通过安装于床身后部的校正尺装置校正。

· 该产品具有较高的性能价格比。

5、SG8630丝杠车床的基本要求：
· 两顶尖间中心距≥3000mm

· 主轴传动蜗轮蜗杆完好，无严重磨损。

· 顶尖回转精度在0.003mm之内

· 床身导轨的精度应完好

· 床身的主丝杠的精度完好

· 优先选用沈阳第一机床厂SG8630丝杠车床
 
　　我公司正开发CGK-7420数控高精度丝杠磨床，配用德国西门子802D数控系统，海德汉高精度光栅、滚动直线导轨及西班牙3级精度滚珠丝杠等，机床加工精度可达P3级，加工螺纹直径φ10～φ200mm，长度3000mm，预计2005年10月可投放市场。
 
　　同时，我公司还正在同步开发CGKJ-7420经济型数控丝杠磨床，其加工范围与CGK-7420数控磨床相同，加工精度可达P4级。
