  董事长简介::


  陈善元先生,江苏省姜堰市人,1969年毕业于南京工学院(东南大学前身)机械工程系,曾长期担任江苏省泰兴机床总厂副厂长、总工程师等职。现为泰兴市晨光高新技术开发有限公司董

事长,全国高校制造技术与机床研究会常务理事兼华东分会副理事长,《制造技术与机床》杂志编委。1993年起,享受中国政府特殊津贴。
 
  陈先生从1970年开始从事金属切削机床设计制造,从1982年起担任江苏省泰兴机床总厂副厂长兼总工程师,成绩卓著。1984年,与南京航空学院合作开发成功CWK6140 数控车床,获国家经委、国家科委及江苏省政府表彰。1989年~1993年,主持开发的C6240及C6250 马鞍车床、CK6140数控车床、CFK9724数控活塞环仿形车床、SHARP1764T 高速精密车床先后获江苏省科技术成果四等奖3次,三等奖2次。1994年以后,与国防科技大学合作开发成功CFK9526数控活塞仿形车床,经机械工业部组织评审达到二十世纪九十年代国际水平;与南京化工大学合作开发成功WLW 系列立式往复无油真空泵,填补国内空白;并主持开发成功C6143大孔径车床、CGK-14数控凸轮轴仿形铣床、WC450 平面二包螺杆铣磨机床等。

  1998年以来,陈先生将石墨电极与接头数控加工机床及自动加工线作为主要研究方向。先后主持研制成功CGK-18、CGK-23 型数控电极螺纹梳加工机床(专利号:ZL 99 2 29425.8)、CGK-21型数控接头双螺纹梳加工机床(专利号:ZL 99 2 29426. 6 )以及十种配套数控机床,并列入2002年国家火炬计划重点推广。

  2001年以来,陈先生主持研制具有自主知识产权的CGK.RZ.01 型数控接头自动加工线和CGK.RZ.02型数控电极本体自动加工线。本项目列入中国科技部中小型科技企业技术创新基金项目,得到中国政府拨款资助。目前,数控接头自动加工线已研制成功,并在国内石墨电极企业得到推广;数控电极本体自动加工线研制也已取得突破性进展,已进入2003年国家火炬计划,使中国石墨电极与接头加工质量整体达到国际先进水平,以满足中国钢铁业技术现代化的需要。

  1980年以后,在国内学术刊物和学术会议上发表“金属丝氧乙炔焰喷涂机床导轨的试验和研究”、“出口车床噪声的综合治理”、“石墨电极行业加工设备改造的新途径”等论文二十多篇。
