High-tech Development Co., Ltd. lies in Taixing in Jiangsu

The company is a high-tech enterprise that specializes
in design, manufacture and software of middle, high-grade
special-purpose NC machine tools and built-up machine
tools as well as NC automatic machining lines. With
experienced mechanical experts and advanced equipment,
it is approved to be national member plant of engine
fittings for motorcar & motorcycle. At the same
time, it is a member of National University Manufacturing
Technology & Machine Tools Research Institute.
During the first several years after the construction
of the company, a lot of new-style electrode mechanic
products such as lathes and vertical vacuum pumps etc.
have been developed successfully with the possession
of patents, filling the lack in China.
Since 1998, it has come to enter a new field of graphite
electrode machining equipment. With combination of NC
technology and chasing machining, it succeeded in design
& development of CGK-18 and CGK-23 NC Electrode
Thread Chasing Machine Tool (Patent No: ZL99 2 29425.8),
CGK-21 NC Electrode Nipple Double-Thread Chasing Machine
Tool (Patent No: ZL99 2 29426.6) and other supplementary
ones. Thus electrode and nipple NC machine tool can
be supplied in the form of automatic lines. With high
automation, lower price, simple & reliable operation,
these machine tools have caught up with those of American
and Japanese in machining precision and effect. And
this item has been listed among National Torch Plan
in 2002.
Since 2001, the company has been developing CGK.RZ.01
NC Nipple Automatic Machining line and CGK.RZ.02 NC
Electrode Automatic Machining line. Five CGK.RZ.01 NC
Nipple Automatic Machining lines have been built successfully.
The automatic machining line is going to be exported
to HEG in Indian. The information which users reflect
show that structure of the automatic line is peculiar,
extent of Automation is very high, Control system and
software is sophisticated, work without worker and distant
control may be achieved, and machining precision and
effect as well as control level generally reach and
partly exceed the national level while its price is
much lower than those of American and Japanese products.
Recently, Company has made a great progress in the development
of CGK.RZ.02 NC Electrode automatic machining line.
Its key element, CGK-32 NC Electrode double-thread chasing
machine tool, has been developed successfully and been
applied in production. The machine tool applies a lot
of sophisticated technology fruits in the mechanics-electricity
field in the world, with the CNC system and software
made by Schneider, and the heavy type linear rolling
guide manufactured by Japan, So machining precision
and control level obviously have superiority over the
same products of America, Japan and German. The first
CGK.RZ.02 NC Electrode Automatic Machining line is on
stream in the largest graphite electrode enterprise
in China —Jilin carbon stock Co., Ltd. The second one
will be on stream in Qingdao in China in October ,2004.
CGK.RZ.01 NC Nipple Automatic Machining line and CGK.RZ.02NC
Electrode Automatic Machining line have been listed
into Technical Innovation Fund for middle &small-size
Technical Enterprises by Chinese Department of science
in 2001, and have received imbursement from Chinese
government. Moreover, they have been listed into National
Important New Product Plan and National Touch Program
in 2003. The success of the two automatic machining
lines embody that the Chinese machining level of electrode
and Nipple generally reach the national sophisticated
level and offer sophisticated equipment with lower price
and high automation for the innovation of technology
in electrode.
